CHARTER DEPOSIT, PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICIES
FIRST DEPOSIT of 25% of the total charter rate is required to guarantee the reservation upon the confirmation and acceptance of services. Reservations without deposits are subject to be cancelled without previous notice.
SECOND DEPOSIT of 50% will be paid 120 days before the departure date of the cruise.
COMPLETE TOTAL PAYMENT including flight tickets is due 45 days before the departure date. At this time we must receive the complete list of passengers, passport numbers, nationality and dietary restrictions. In case of charter the total payment must be received 60 days before the departure date.

CANCELLATION CHARGES:
If a cancellation notice is received 90 days before the departure date, a 25% deposit will be charged as penalty.
If the cancellation is received 30 days before the departure of the cruise, a 40% charged as cancellation fee.
If a cancellation occurs between 29 or less days before the departure date, the cancellation penalty will be a 75% of the total rate.
